Parking Guidance Systems, Inc. (“PGS”) provides custom, technology-driven parking guidance solutions serving a broad range of industries including airports, universities, retail and office facilities, corporate campuses and theme parks across North America. Milton Street invested capital alongside PGS’ management team to acquire INDECT Electronics & Distribution Gmbh (“INDECT”), a designer and manufacturer of signage and ultrasonic and optical sensors. The two companies have worked in partnership for over a decade with INDECT’s technology as the backbone of PGS’ service offering. The business is now an integrated, global supplier of parking guidance systems.
